First week, 56 hrs worked.....WOW

Well, SUNDAY FUNDAY is here!! WHOOP WHOOP!!
That means Tracey is on her weekend.
That also means CLEANING like Consuela has never cleaned before.
Amazing how messy things get when your ALWAYS at work.
So, first official week down.
You thoughts.....I have been compared to the previous title holder, which I am getting use to and seem to spend time defending. I shouldn't do that any longer.
Yes, I took a position that use to be done by someone else.....I am NOT replacing him. I was given the opportunity to make this my own.
I AM a VIP HOST for a casino. The similarities will END there.
Jon was a GREAT guy, IS a great guy. He left. I am here....ready to start a new challenge.
So, I took it full force, jumped in.
Part time hours be gone, WAY GONE!! I mean seriously, 56 hrs? I am SALARIED now but doesn't mean I need to stay there my ENTIRE life right?
I have extremely quiet, observing, learning, witnessing, compressing and trying to figure out my place. Huge learning opportunity and I LOVE the challenge.
I think that the week finished for me on a FABULOUS note.
I took care of EVERYTHING!! When things started to get me stressed I SOLVED the problem quickly and in the end, I left my cubicle, my office, my place of business, thinking......YOU MADE IT GIRL!! WTG!!
I am delighted to be there, to be asked to go into a new role and I know for a FACT that I can ROCK THIS!!
So, I will continue to CREATE MAGIC, using everything I have to make sure our guests are HAPPY and coming BACK to play. I will even surprise the SHIT outta them once in a while and I can't WAIT!!
You'll see that I AM the best person for this position.
