Tis Christmas and everyone is celebrating.
My celebration started last night when I was talking to my step brothers in Orlando.
You see, there is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME program happening and I applied for it.
I was told during the interview process that I would be given a place to stay to live.....as it will NOT be here in Canada.
So, when I was explaining this, Bob promptly says....Your NOT going to live there...you will live HERE!!
I AM BLESSED. I have said it many a time but truly, I AM!!
When people open their home for you.......not only to stay when you visit, but when you bring someone with you....or if you decide to MOVE there......it is truly a BLESSING!!
I am grateful as always.
So, when Bob said that....I was blown away. Not for a MOMENT did I think he wouldn't offer but he did and that is still the point of this message.
WOULD YOU DO THAT?
Would you offer to open your home to someone else?
When I spoke to them last night.....Shane says...."Oh we have been picking out furniture for your room".
I shed many a tear I assure you.
Christmas has always suppose to mean such as this.
The truest meaning....
Shine your light on others so that you can be given the warmth of theirs
