Working down here leaves you TIRED at night but sure is satisfying to know that your day made SOMEONE happy!! I know that some of you reading this are thinking that I am naive....not so!! If you get the chance to make a difference in some one's life.....DO YOU DO IT??
So deep tonight as I sit at home......alone with my thoughts!! Doesn't happen often I will say!! It is late.....after 1am and I wonder what life is like back home. Is Orillia the same?? Snowing?? Does the Casino still have to same excitement it once did? Do you still LOVE working there?
Bridgewater.....what is that sleepy little town doing? Fighting with high winds and rain?? Is it cold?
One thought remains......friends either FOLLOW or flee........your NEVER far away from someone if you REALLY care about them.
Romeo calls me once a week.....this is certainly NOT to make you guys feel badly who don't call......I just know that no matter where in the world I am......he will be there.....with a call......small things make SUCH a difference.
Tonight it was a short trip to Wally World for some ESSENTIALS ........body wash, fruit and some basics to get me through till Thursday!!
OH YEAH.....PS....guess who is starting a wee DIET tomorrow??
YES YES.......it's ME of course. Val had put the idea in Allison & I's head. I think that with some willpower and assistance from friends......we will ALL be successful with this one!! I want to just fit into a GREAT swimsuit and sit by the pool..........the white skin is gonna scare anyone anyways but at least I will LOOK hot right??

So...to answer those questions that you ponder on after 1am...the bid "O" is still the same (really, I've been gone for almost 10yrs & it hasn't changed!!); the casino still has the "excitement" (only if you're winning $$); sure they still "LOVE" working there - they complain about it everyday; little Bridgewater IS battling the 44/km gust winds, no snow & minus 7 temp (according to the weather network). But having finished reading your blog, I now have things to ponder myself. Is Disney as fun & as EXPENSIVE as they say? Does Mickey REALLy follow you everywhere or it is just several people in the costume? For the last 4 months that Tracey has been in Florida, will she EVER tan or will she forever be the only person who can do a commercial for bleach? LMAO...and those are my thoughts...have a good time!! Love ya babe!
Hey Cous it's so good reading your blog every chance I get. I'm really really happy you seem so happy to be there. I know you were looking forward to it for so long. I can't believe you have been down there for three months!! Has time gone as fast for you as us? I'm sure it's snowing like a bugger in Orillia because Toronto sure got their share over the last two months. Can't complain since winter didn't really start this year until February. It's spring tonight at 8 p.m. so it's all up from there. Take care and love you very much.
