So when we are at work.......we perform magical moments ALL THE TIME!! This one....I had to write down!! It was VERY special!!
Background.........worked on the popcorn cart last night with Zach....now Zach is a youngin......and doesn't KNOW work ethic yet I don't believe but he is SO damn cute so that covers him from ALOT at work!! So, when he works with me.....I KNOW he will misbehave but I also know I will have a FANTASTIC time and laugh!!
So, just as the fireworks are getting ready to go off for Illuminations.....Zach yells over to me .....did you get that last page from the radio Tracey? I'm like....What the hell are you talkin about Zach? Then he winks at me and says you had better find someone fast.....it's almost time and Mickey needs YOU to help him Tracey!! Keep in mind, during fireworks time....the p-corn cart is the very best view around the lagoon to watch!! There are people ALL AROUND the cart and we have a line up of course......... so I remember this VERY cute family from the UK that were asking me tons of questions about the International Program and were standing there waiting and thier trip was almost over........THIS is when Zach and I can have some FUN and it will be a MAGICAL MOMENT for just not the family but for us as well!!
So I grab thier young daughter.....about 8 I would guess........I explain that Mickey just radioed me and that it was important that I found a friend to START the fireworks at the lagoon but they had a HUGE job first.......there was WAY TO MUCH light around the agoon from these silly torches and we had to come up with a way of blowing them out so we can start the show!!
We blew them out with the help with alittle MAGIC and we started the fireworks!! Everyone around the cart was CHEERING and her mom was CRYING and I was having a MOMENT!! Zach and I sang with the music and danced and EVERYONE had a SPECIAL NIGHT Watching the fireworks like the way they should......through a CAST MEMBERS eyes who can MAKE MAGIC!!!
(Sniff Sniff..........shed a few tears writing this I have to admit).......
