So for those that have NEVER heard about Disney and how this housing thing works.......I will now explain.....THE THROW OUT!!! A "THROW OUT" is the last thing that most people do before they finish their term here at Disney. It is a time when EVERYONE from the total CANADIAN Pav. shows up and says GOOD BYE to the person or person's leaving. You get to go through all the your things and pick out what you want to get rid of and give away to people and makes it WAY EASIER to pack I am told.
So, The Canadians mostly do "THROW OUTS" but you know anyone can do it. We all walk down to the car wash and you bring a chair with you and you WAIT..... the person leaving brings all their stuff that they want to give away and get rid of. We all hear about stories of their term and how they got these items and sometimes the person has a SPECIFIC person in mind for that item.......and there is a story of WHY they are giving it to them. We have a "SUGAR MOMMA" that bakes the cast members FAVOURITE cookies or treats to be brought for EVERYONE to share as well.
I have now been to 3 throw outs and have some COOL STUFF. It is normally GREAT for "NEWBIES" to go to the "THROW OUTS" because you get to meet all the cast members from the ENTIRE pav. and also bring home stuff. I have gotten clothes, a foot masseger, colouring book and crayons......a GREAT puzzle of the Castle at Magic Kingdom.......photo frames.....
This is also the time that siblings throw down their siblings to the others. You get a sibling when you arrive at the Pav. to help you get through the first couple of weeks and they sometimes can become GREAT FRIENDS. I have a sister....Jessica and she is FANTASTIC.....she is SO cute and tonight she decided to call me tonight to take me out for dinner. LOVE IT!!
So....let's re-cap here.......a THROW OUT is a time when ALL of the cast members get together and say GOOD BYE to a fellow cast member and take their stuff so they can pack lighter.
PS.....I have my room mates THROW OUT NEXT WEEK......I am SURE I have TONS to say about this next weekend!!! STAY TUNED FOLKS!!

I think that's a fantastic idea! I wish it were like that everytime you moved some place new! Can you imagine???
GOD NO......we kinda did a THROW OUT with me though right yellowbird? I mean I was honestly THROWING STUFF at you guys TRYING to get rid of everything before I left. OH WELL..... I have a HUGE ONE this Sunday....couch is leaving of course and her throw out is THIS WEEKEND!! Not sure HOW she is going to go through ALL HER STUFF HERE.....it is piled up in my room ALMOST touching the ceiling..NO JOKES!!! She has ALOT of stuff to go through and LUCKY FOR ME I live with her so I get dibs on MOST of the stuff.....BRING IT ON I SAY!!
