Yesterday, although my experience in the restaurant has NOT been a pleasant one, turned out to be GOLDEN as we went to pick up our friends from the airport LATE last night!!
Joel and Sara have been dating for a while now back home in Canada!! They lived together and they are AWESOME!! As we started the program, Brian and I started to hang out with them alittle and we were all planning Christmas dinner at my apartment and gearing up for the giant LEAF game. A couple of days before Christmas, we got word that Sara's mom had a stroke!! SUPER SCARY!! So, Joel and Sara not really knowing on the condition of Sara's mom, decided to put thier Disney program on hold and rush back!! It was a SAD morning when Brian and I took them to the airport. I was JUST starting to get to know them and they had to leave!! We prayed that Sara's mom was going to be OK and that they would return to the program SOON!!
LAST NIGHT THEY ARRIVED BACK!!
Brian, Kelly and Jach and I drove to the airport after midnight last night to pick them up!! Sara's mom is doing MUCH better, she is in thearpy and if you didn't know, she tells us you would NEVER know she even had a stroke!!
So all is well in the HOUSE OF MOUSE again..........I can't WAIT to be out of the STOCKING position I am in now........I gotta tell ya.......some of those servers must realize WHERE they came from and that they TOO were trainees and that EVERYONE is there for the same purpose at Disney!! I am going to SMOKE that restaurant and I am gonna be ONE DAMN GOOD SERVER......but I am going to wait and SAVORE my time...........it will be mine....OH YES...it WILL be mine!!

Hello, tis I. I'm trying this ONE more time Tray and if it doesn't work...fung goo the blog mgay? I notice you're getting a little burnt dude...sunscreen please! I don't need my ravishing redhead getting the skin cancer! New years was ok, Steve got food poisoning though which sucked and then a certain unnamed sister who was stumbling drunk kept trying to destroy my house and keep me up but it was all good. Dad phoned me for my birthday and does NOT sound well but I'm gonna keep on keeping on. I love and miss you babe, let me know if this one goes through. xoxo

Hi Trace!!! I would love to come for a visit, however I am a horrible flyer, and it's still too warm in Toronto to go anywhere tropical LOL. You should email Auntie Donna and see if they are going to their time share this year, I don't think they are far from Orlando at all.

We DO have a Leaf game Tuesday in Tampa that we are heading to.....pretty DARN excited about THAT one!!
Tropical in Toronto...are you KIDDING me? It snowed in Orillia the other night becuase I was on the phone with my friends and they said it was coming down!!

A Leaf Game yaaay! You can go watch them LOSE! I bet its a heck of a lot cheaper down there, AND easier to get tickets - you'll have to sell your first born and your soul to get tickets to see them here.
And yes, by January standards it has been tropical in Toronto. There is still no snow on the ground. We were at the cottage in Haliburton last weekend and the lake only has ice around the edges! It's getting chillier right now, it was a bitter cold -4 when I got up this morning - HA! It has been averaging well above 0 for weeks now. I am definitely not missing the -30, -40 degree temps thats for sure.
Keep the posts coming, I love reading about your misadventures in Disney! Have you seen any flying cockroaches yet?
