Here I am....back on a Monday morning looking at where the heck my weekend just went? For you that DO NOT work at a Casino........today IS Saturday but Casino people KNOW what I am talking about!!
With THAT out of the way........my weekend was SO FUN!! I LOVE my Italian room mate Roberta!!! She is SUCH a funny girl and add in our friends Alessandro and Emily......this makes for a CRAZY FUN weekend!!
Day 1 we decided to go to Animal Kingdom for the day and ride EVEREST of course and see some shows that I have still not been able to catch!! WELL, it was SO busy at the park the only thing we managed to get done was wait in line for an hour and a half to ride Everest and then got some food and that was about it!! Yeah we did take Roberta to the petting zoo and was flocked by GOATS.........not so much fun for her considering she is NOT an animal lover!! It was PRICELESS to see her trying to dodge every animal that would walk near her.....poor bella!!
So then we went to Magic Kingdom in hopes we could get some FOOD......yeah NO LUCK!! We decided PAPA JOHN'S was the ticket for our DINNER at MIDNIGHT!! NICE EH?
Yesterday Emily and I got up and went over to Publics to get the fixin's for breakfast........got sidetracked at theoutlet mall......NO NEED to ask ladies........bought a great halter top and will be BACK!! YES VIRGINA there IS a Starbucks near by but it ALWAYS has such a bloody long line up that Tracey has STILL not had her frozen Chai........no worries......I WILL find a way!!
Yesterday Em and I decided that we would get the HOLIDAY stuff at Magic Kingdom and Epcot done as they were ending THIS WEEK!! The VERY MERRY Christmas Parade and the Epcot Tree lighting and Candlelight Processional were ALL on the list and DAMN IT.....we were going to get them ALL DONE!!
Well, got to the KINGDOM and got in line to watch the parade and was treated to a special production of Mickey's Dreams do come true..............OH MY GOD it was SO cute and YES.....I cried for the record books!! WOW......it was AMAZING!! It was Minnie who was dreaming of becoming a PRINCESS and Donald who dreamed of being CAPTAIN HOOK........I even called my parents as I was standing there crying like a DORK!! Bottom line....DREAMS REALLY DO COME TRUE.....you just gotta BELIEVE!!
So after the parade andstage show.....we got a fast ride on SPACE MOUNTAIN and then the crowds were to busy and we had to book it over to Epcot anyways we get over to Epcot and it is t minus 5 minutes to the lighting and it starts to POUR RAIN....we stop and get a PONCHO and hear the dreaded announcment..........DUE TO WEATHER..........tree lighting will NOT be done.....DAMN IT!! That also means that the processional will NOT go on during rain......so that SUCKS for us becuase we do NOT have another night off this weekend to watch!! OH WELL...the GREAT thing is we SHOULD have NEXT YEAR........I am booking it NOW!!
We managed to have a GREAT dinner at Le Cellier for our Italian friends.......we waited and they were SO good to us and brought us right in when there was an opening........I had my filet of course and drooled the entire time!! Roberta and Alessandro were SO impressed with the service and the atmosphere.......Alfredo's where they work is MUCH different!! We ended the night at epcot with the final moments of Illuminations......Reflections of LIGHT........LOVE IT!! I LOVE our fireworks and the fact that we get them EVERY NIGHT......god I LOVE working here and having so much around me to do!!
This morning it seems to be sunny and nice out.......trees are blowing so it MIGHT be breezy but I ASSUME it will be another GREAT day!!
Me.....well I work at 2:30 so I have TONS of time!! I must run over to the clubhouse though shortly......our photo id's are due to be redone and I MUST do it TODAY!! That means ANOTHER stellar photo of Tracey to be taken......must go shower and get the hair JUST so.......you know me........must have AWESOME hair shot!!
Well, cheers to everyone!! Romeo called me yesterday whilst I was at Magic Kingdome just to say hello.....I of COURSE told him to SHUT UP and that I loved him and MISSED Him like crazy.......LOVE hearing from you guys!!

So glad you like your room mate and have made some good friends already, sure makes the transition a little easier. Sounds like you're having a great time...tell us about Everest...was it worth the long wait? Do they fast pass that ride? Can't wait to check it out!! LOVED reading about the goats! LOL! Been there, done that! I'm an animal lover, but those creatures are rabid! They act like they've never been fed! Sorta like the deer at Marineland! LMAO! Glad you were able to catch the parade and the onstage production...they really are magical. Too bad about the lighting, but you can catch it next year!!! LUCKY DAWG!!!! For me Epcot's Illuminations is the absolute BEST!! I could watch that a million times and never tire of it. Well, hope you get that frozen Chai. Also make sure you go to downtown Disney and have a hot fudge sundae at Gheradelli's...they are to DIE for!!! Must think of me while you're eating it! XOXO
YES Virginia.....you can FAST PAST Everest!! It is by FAR my FAVOURITE ride at Disney!! Yes you MAY know that Space Mountain is my FUN RIDE but hell......I LOVE EVEREST!! I would NEVER stand in line for an hour for SM!! Truly!!
